Endomorph are hard weight looser.

The endomorph body type has a thin bone frame. He has a good ability to gain muscle (such as mesomorph) but is also easy fat gainer. Often, we recognized endomorph by its high fat deposit that seems to be concentrated at the abdomen. As he easily assimilate saturated fats and fast sugars, endomorphs must avoid it as much as possible. His ability to take muscle mass will also enable him to train in "endurance " using longer time series (12-15) which will help to maintain a lower fat rate.
