Ectomorph (hard gainer)

What is an ectomorph body type?

Ectomorph are also named "hard gainer"

The Ectomorph body type is considered the least attractive when it comes to bodybuilding and sustained effort. Having a low starting muscle mass, the ectomorph generally have lots of difficults to gain weight. However, with hard work and diligence, the ectomorph may change their muscle mass. To gain weight, the Ectomorph must do small intensive sessions, avoid overtraining, learn to rest (recovery allow the muscle to build after the training). They must also avoid to do to much cardiovascular exercises otherwise they easily lose their muscle gains.
